Calibrating dual monitors not working

DAVID I SCHAMIS Nov 04, 2018 10:11PM CST

I recently purchased two SW320 monitors for use with one Windows computer. When I try to calibrate them one works great and I can choose for a calibration to be either "Calibration 1" or "Calibration 2". But for some reason both of those options are greyed out on the second monitor. I cannot choose either calibration 1 or 2 on the on screen menu of the monitor - any idea why?

I've even tried to disconnect the first monitor and I still cannot choose calibration 1 or 2 on the connected monitor.

Please help - I hope this is an easy fix.

Hi David,

Those profiles are generated when the monitor is calibrated. You’ll have to calibrate each one of them, with the color meter connected to the monitor currently being calibrated.

Hi Daniel,

Please ensure you are fully disconnecting the 1st monitor before running any calibrations on the second monitor.

You may need to restart the computer after disconnecting the 1st monitor.

Thank you,
