I purchased the Wireless Full HD Kit WDP01 under 6 months ago, the Benq projector that it's connect to transmit wireless signal is 10 feet away yet the singal keeps cutting out. I replaced hdmi cables and also switched hdmi ports to see if that work with no success. I'm starting to become frustrated having to always unplug/plug base unit so that it will work without cutting out. Starting to get the impression that the Wireless Full HD Kit WDP01 was a waste of money. I currently have the projector hard wired until i can figure out how to fix this issue. Any suggestions?
Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the FHD wireless kit. We can certainly bring in the unit for inspection and either repair or replace the unit.
