Hello i recently received my Benq Monitor and wanted to set it up so i downloaded Display Pilot but i set something wrong and now fps1, fps2 and gamer1 have inverted colors i have found no solution please help me. I have also restored the settings back to default but i still get those inverted colors.
Please try a factory reset on the monitor itself. Under the monitor menu please go into “System>Reset All”
Please let us know if that fixes the problem.
Could you give me more information on what went wrong in Display Pilot?
It seems there are a few customers that had “something go wrong” and it messed up the preset settings.
Could you please let us know what was being loaded into the profile loader that changed those settings?
If it was a corrupt/foreign profile ran in the loader then it would need to be sent in to the warehouse to reset the chips.

I will have our RMA technicians try to replicate the issue and see if there is a remote fix for it besides a re-flash of the firmware and flushing of the internal memory.
I was told it would need to be sent to our facility for a memory wipe and re-flash of the firmware.
