Hello - I ordered a replacement bulb last Sunday, Jan 7th, and it has yet to ship. On the front page of BenQ Direct's website it states: Due to internal warehouse issues, you may see shipping delays on your order.
Any idea when these internal issues will be cleared up? My bulb exploded last night while I was waiting for the replacement. Fingers crossed it didn't kill the projector.
Sorry for the delay David. We are shipping now, but the system that lets me know tracking, or that is has shipped, is not working. I’ve been told that should be back tomorrow, maybe today if we are lucky. Very sorry it has taken so long.
The bulb popping should not be a problem, but if it does not work, we will get it fixed for you free of charge.
