Failing Average and Maxium Delta E Test

Lorelei Jan 04, 2018 12:03PM CST

I just got my Benq SW2700PT monitor and I installed the Palette Master Element software. I have used both my Spyder 5 and Spyder 4 Colorimeter and I get the same results. It fails the Delta E test for both Average and Max values. It also has a sort of teal tint. I can't find any information on why I am getting this result, your directions for the software are lacking. Help!!

Hello Lorelei,

Could you tell us what kind of signal cable you are using? Is it a direct cable connection or is there an adapter, splitter, docking stations etc.?

Are you running multiple monitors during calibration?

Regards
Sean.

Hey Fred, is it possible for you to use a Display port in this setup?

The DP cable would be the best one to use, quality wise for this application.

Regards
Sean.
