When I try to calibrate with Palette Master I get an error saying that it cannot find a supported display. Yes, everything is connected properly. USB and DP cables both good. Running Windows 10, Quadro P400 video card. Using an iDIsplay Pro. Also have a Wacom Cintiq connected to the system. The monitor works fine. I just can't calibrate it with your software. Not good.
Have you tried removing the display driver and installing the windows 10 driver from our website. http://www.benq.us/product/monitor/sw2700pt/downloads/
After everything is installed and up-to-date, please try disconnecting the power cable from the monitor. This will re initiate the EDID handshake.
