Screen on GL2460HM monitor has pink tone

Kelly Nov 11, 2017 01:52PM CST

When the screen has gone to sleep and you wake it up by using the keyboard, the screen then appears pinky/purplish. You then have to shut off the entire computer for the monitor to go back to it's normal appearance. Is this a setting problem? What could cause this or is this a warranty issue?

Hello Kelly,

Sorry to hear about the sleep problem to different colors. This would be a warranty issue. Could you please complete this RMA form?

Your Case ID is 99968

PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH YOUR RMA PAPERWORK

  • Please save the form and then fill it out and return the attached e-form(s) and a proof of purchase by replying to this email. You should be able to fill out the form on your computer, save & return to us. We prefer e-form via email for readability and accuracy, but can accept faxes at the number on the form, if that’s more convenient for you. Once we received, we can complete the processing and will return to you an RMA number, if approved, and shipping information.

Thanks, BenQ America Tech Team
