SH910 Projector, Windows 10, Directshow, No Video

We have the SH910 projector at our church. When we upgraded our projector to Windows 10, our projector stopped displaying video (mp4 format or wmv format) when our worship software's video playback engine is set to use Directshow. But, it displays on the monitor in the back with the same settings. We've worked around by setting the playback engine to Windows Media Player, but that results in a loss of functionality in the program itself.

Wondering if there's something we can do to get the projector working with Directshow again? It did work briefly after the Creator's Update installed, but a few weeks later, stopped again--don't know if it was an update that killed it, or what. In any event, a rollback didn't fix the issue. All drivers for our graphics card (NVidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti) are up to date, and I've adjusted every setting I can think to work with within Windows and the projector, to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello Brian,

The projector is just going to play what is sent to it. As long as it is within the resolution cap 1080p and is (NTSC, PAL, SECAM‎)

I would check with Directshow support to see if there is a patch or update for Windows 10.

Have you check researched any forums on the Directshow website or even google?
