BL3200PT Bezel buttons

Product: BenQ BL3200PT 32" WideQuad HD CAD CAM Monitor VA Panel Monitor

Cable: Dual Link DVI supplied with monitor


The believe bezel buttons were working fine before this weekend, but yesterday when I turned on the monitor the bezel buttons no longer light up or function.

I've tried restarting system, power cycling the monitor, and have been looking through the manual and OSD menu for a solution.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about that!

Just by question: do you have any speakers or other electronics next to that side of the monitor?

I had headphones in the headphone jack on that side. Unplugged & moved the headphones away.

I turned off the monitor and back on and now the Power button no longer lights up either.

Does the monitor turn on at all? Is this issue only the Bezel buttons?

The monitor turns on and looks great.

I can still access the menu with the puck.

The bezel buttons do not light up or work.

The power button works, it just does not light up anymore.
