Just purchased the PD 3200 last month, and connected it to a brand new MacBook Pro 2018 and yesterday it sarted to shut off completely for a couple of seconds and then coming back. Happened rabdomly and frequently. Hoping this is not a serious issue but I am reading it is a known issue for this particular monitor. Please advise as to what to do next, hoping to keep this monitor as it is very nice except for this annoying problem,
Sounds like you are suffering from an older version of the firmware, can you please fill out this RMA form so that we can get the firmware flashed?
