I have had the Benq PD3200U for less than a week. The screen randomly goes black for a fraction of a second. This is using the display port, windows 10 64, GTX 960 card with the latest drivers.
What options do I have for getting this resolved? Should I try a different type of connection to the monitor? It seems this is a fairly common problem with these monitors.
Please let me know if something can be done, if not I will return the monitor.
Sorry to hear about the random black screen.
Unfortunately it sounds like a power board issue. This would need to be repaired. They can install a new power board into the existing monitor so this won’t happen again.
