latest fireware for HT6050 projector

I just want to know whether any new version firmware of HT6050 was released or not? I can't get any information from the your website. Would you please update me the latest information about this?

Depending on the model the latest can be 1.04. If you send me the serial number i can verify which would be your latest firmware.

Hello Matthew,

my apologies. Enrique is out of the office on a medical emergency. IF you can do me a favor and turn on the projector, enter the menu and go to the information page of the menu. It is the last tab on the far right. the FW version should be visible there. please let me know what the FW is.

The latest FW I have 0.22. We can update it if you wish? I have attached a RMA form so we can get in for a FW update.

  • Please save the form and then fill it out and return the attached e-form(s) and a proof of purchase by replying to this email. You should be able to fill out the form on your computer, save & return to us. We prefer e-form via email for readability and accuracy, but can accept faxes at the number on the form, if that’s more convenient for you. Once we received, we can complete the processing and will return to you an RMA number, if approved, and shipping information.
