Overheating

I have a MH630 and it's about 1.5 years old. It is showing 430 hours of bulb use. Recently it has been shutting itself down. This can happen 10 minutes into using it or a few hours later. When it does, the TEMP lite is solid red. Once it shuts itself down, I can restart it. Why is this happening and how do I fix it? Up until just a week ago, it ran flawlessly. I use it in a business environment for presentations.

It is most likely a faulty fan and is having issues. We can have them replaced.

I am also having overheating problems.

Projector after 20-60 min. shuts down. The red light comes on by the lamp indicator.

I live in Vienna Austria. Is there a service site in Vienna. I bought it here at Saturn in Vienna less than 1 year ago.
