cannot hold signal

Philip Garretson Jun 28, 2017 09:56AM CDT

My projector is a W1200 five and a half years old. It doesn't want to hold a signal, it cycles on & off but will not lock on for very long, approx 40 seconds. I have replaced the 30 foot HDMI cable with 25 feet of Cat6 with TrippLite powered connectors. My cable box is set for 1080P 60. That is what the projector shows when it does connect. Any suggestions?

Hello Philip,

Can you test the unit with a source and a short 4-6 ft cable? Does the problem still exist?

If it works without a problem then you have singled it out/down to the cabling or devices in between.

Please let us know what the results are.

Thanks
