Thanks. I bought a new lamp because when I turned on the projector it says that I need to replace the lamp however the lamp still works and has a blue screen with eco mode info on the bottom right only and I am unable to access the menu or turn the unit off. So I installed a new lamp and it still says replace lamp and still has the blue screen and much brighter and I still cannot access the menu or turn it off. After awhile it turned off by it self.
So how do I fix it. Is there a trick to reset it?

Hello Mitchell,

Yes you would just need to go in to the Menu settings for the projector, go in to System Setup: Advanced Menu. Select Lamp Settings, reset the lamp timer from there. Please verify the amount of hours you do have on the lamp.
