Out Of Warranty RMA Process

Out of Warranty Repair Process consists of an RMA form and an RMA Questionnaire.
We have a $65 diagnostics fee which we waive once you approve of the repair quote we send to you.
All repairs will include parts, labor, and tax.

Once you fill this form out and get it back to us we can process the RMA.
You will receive the RMA # and receive instructions on which repair center to send it to.
Typically this entire process depends on shipping method chosen.
You will be responsible for shipping to us.
(We will use FedEx Regular Ground to return the unit back to you)
Once we receive the unit, repairs will take anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on the issue at hand.
(some units can take longer if the unit is from more than a few years back)
Then once the repairs are done, we will ship the unit back to you (FedEx Regular Ground, unless otherwise specified)
