I have a Windows XP PC connected with my IL650 Touch Panel and I could not get it to show the keyboard on screen?

Since XP does not automatically support the tablet/touch device, you need to launch the on-screen keyboard manually.
Please follow the following steps:

1. Launch On-Screen Keyboard : Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Accessibility -> On Screen Keyboard

2. Make sure the “always on top” is checked, and on-screen keyboard will auto launch when boot on windows XP

Remark: Minimize the window will enable the user to have the on-screen keyboard enable.
Once the user close the on-screen keyboard window, the user will need to launch it again.

Or, you can follow the following steps to start the on-screen keyboard when log in the computer:
To start accessibility programs when you log on to your computer
1. Open Utility Manager by pressing the Windows logo key + U.

2. Click a program in the list. (select on-screen keyboard)
